On Behalf of the Hastings Sporting Car Club, welcome to the 2017 Hastings Rallysprint.
Rally Headquarters and the Service Park will all remain in the same areas.
As we are restricted for parking there will be designated areas marked for ‘Trailer parking’ and there will be officials to advise on parking and service areas.
There will be a mobile food van with a variety of tempting food available at HQ.
If you have any special needs these will need to be provided by yourself.
Is not available and must be purchased on your way to the event.
DRIVING LIGHTS WILL BE NECESSARY and Lighting for your service area.
If you can’t make it as a competitor, or know someone who’s keen to assist, come and have your own personal “spectator point”, there are plenty of spots that sadly can’t be made “public” spectator points due to access so if you’re keen and want a good spot we can help.
YOU MUST bring your passed scrutineering form (or a copy) when booking in at HQ, as it makes things a lot smoother particularly if you didn’t pass scrutineering on your first visit.
If you don’t have a scrutineering form OR haven’t paid your entry to the Hastings Sporting Car Club you will not be able to start the event.
If you paid Direct Deposit in the last few days before the event please bring proof of your payment.
Upsalls Creek Road must be kept open at all times as this road leads to a very popular primitive camping and recreation area. (Highly recommended if you want to camp – 6 kms from HQ) ALL RUBBISH MUST BE REMOVED AFTER CAMPING
We trust that you will enjoy this event and above all stay safe and have fun.
